Excellent Review, i prefer guns without safeties. I’d suggest taking a firearms safety or ccw1 course. Both will teach you how to shoot. I spent near 800 dollars on ammo and my shooting only marginally got better. A 100 dollar course taught me far more. Bullets that don’t hit your target *will* hit something.
